It arrived a bit later than estimated, which was about a bit more than a month, but pretty good since it was shipped all the way to Mexico. And I had my doubts about the authenticity of the site, but it's real, and arrived perfectly. I decorated my troll even more, with pierciengs, a necklace and nail polish. Hope my bff loves it :-]

There’s a lot of suction so I had to poke some holes in the feet to make it easier to get the lighter in and out. It’s super cute and I can always find my lighter now! Especially love the cute sweater!

I ordered one and just watched it track all over the country figured I wasn’t gonna get it so I reached out and they immediately sent me a new one no charge and I got it today and I LOVE IT! I just can’t quite figure out a name yet :)

The first order seemed to get lost and I reached out to customer service which was very fast and offered a replacement or my money back. Don't know if I should actually write this review or not, it's a bit of a mixed bag but here goes. Ordered the Troll Doll Lighter Case, mentioned it would come with a beanie and a hat. My package was cancelled and fully refunded because it was mentioned my address was undeliverable. Not sure what that meant but I just live and let live; the Troll Doll Lighter Case wasn't meant to be. I got my money back, all is well. Well, to my shock, it arrived for some reason the other day. So I guess I got a free-bie by accident. I'm definitely glad and grateful I got a full refund, because if I hadn't I would've asked for one. Why? Object not as described. Not beanie or sweater included as it says in the description. Which was the only reason I ordered it. Everyone else seems to have gotten a beanie and sweater, so not sure why there was none in mine. So... great service; I got a full refund which I'm thankful for, especially since this doll came out of China which I religiously will never order from for bad experiences(seriously have never had a single order from China that was what I wanted). This just kinda proved to me never to order from China again. Can't complain too much; I got a free (naked) Troll Doll Lighter Case. Going to go order one from a American seller on Amazon which will hopefully actually be as described. Rating 5 stars because I technically got something free by accident, it IS a naked Troll Doll Lighter case, and the customer support staff was extremely nice to me with replying. Also very grateful to have gotten a full refund; the last time I ordered from China I didn't get my money back and the customer service through Ebay was terrible. So... do I like it? Yes. Was it what I had originally paid for? No, only half. Was this free by accident? Yea. I'm happy over all :) now to find him some clothes...

the trolls the are nice, but have more of a dark orange colour than a light skin colour as shown on the pictures...which is a bit of a downer, but all in all they are fun!

I love this lighter! It's so quirky and always gets a lot of attention from people. It took a while to be delivered (I guess because of COVID) but the seller was totally responsive and was quick to reply back. I will definitely be getting more soon! The only improvement I would make would be if it could accommodate Clipper lighters as well, but that's just a personal preference.

It's nice, the head opening is a little bit too big... The body is a little too narrow for my BIC lighters. I'm going to have to try and get some cheaper lighters to fit in there.

Boy howdy did the person I got this for love this item. While he has a much higher quality lighter for social occasions, he will pull this one out to freak out his dog. My only regret is I didn’t see the one that had a strap so it could be brandished anywhere and everywhere. Five stars!
